This policy outlines the terms for booking and canceling coaching sessions with Pacific Coaching. Please read carefully before scheduling your session.

Booking

  • Sessions are primarily conducted through Google Hangouts or Zoom.

  • You can book your session through our website (if applicable) or by contacting us directly.

  • We require confirmation of your appointment time and date.

Cancellation

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your coaching session without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please communicate any cancellation requests as soon as possible.

Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions without notification will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling

  • We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.

  • Notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule without penalty.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods (list your accepted payment methods).
