Booking
Sessions are primarily conducted through Google Hangouts or Zoom.
You can book your session through our website (if applicable) or by contacting us directly.
We require confirmation of your appointment time and date.
Cancellation
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your coaching session without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please communicate any cancellation requests as soon as possible.
Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without notification will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling
We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.
Notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule without penalty.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods (list your accepted payment methods).
